Rather than wrapping up the functionality with a web application, we approached the problem from user perspective

• Conducted Interviews with different Personas
• Performed Comparative Study of competing UIs and gathered best parts
• Formulated and Presented the concept to Product Management

Web UI

• Selected appropriate technologies based on performance and responsiveness
• Created POC to align the concept with Product Management

Execution

• Defined requirement for the development team and worked with them to get the backend APIs
• Iteratively developed the web GUI to keep incorporating management feedback.
